ORDER: In light of the unopposed motion to dismiss, the Court hereby adjourns the initial conference currently scheduled for 9/30/2022 sine die. Furthermore, in light of the substantial question of whether Plaintiff has standing, there is personal jurisdiction over Defendant, and whether claims are barred as a matter of law, the Court imposes a stay of discovery pursuant to Fed.
