August 12, 2022 Opinion or Order ORDER: Defendant's request #6 for dismissal is DENIED. Plaintiff is directed to show cause, no later than September 1, 2022 why his Complaint should not be dismissed as moot in light of the July 26, 2022 interview notice issued to him by United States Customs and Immigration Service. (See ECF No. 6-1.) Failure to respond or dismiss the case by September 1, 2022, shall result in dismissal of this action with prejudice. Defendant's request in the alternative, that Plaintiff clarify his representation status is GRANTED. In Plaintiff's response to this Court's order to show cause, Plaintiff shall clarify whether he is represented by counsel. If he is, his counsel is directed to enter an appearance.
