ORDER IN FLSA CASE REQUIRING DISCOVERY AND SETTING INITIAL PRETRIAL DISCOVERY AND MEDIATION SCHEDULE: The Federal Rules of Civil Procedure require a pretrial schedule tailored to the circumstances of each case.
