ORDER DENYING WITHOUT PREJUDICE #10 Consent Motion for Extension of Time to Answer Complaint --- It is apparent that defendant has not familiarized itself with my Individual Rules, which plainly require that all requests for deadline extensions be made three (3) business days prior to the deadline and all requests to respond to pleadings be addressed to the presiding magistrate judge to whom these requests are referred automatically.
