Minute Entry for proceedings held before Magistrate Judge Sanket J. Bulsara: A telephonic-initial conference was held on 10/07/2022. Plaintiff's counsel ( Robert Yusko) and Defendant's counsel (Matthew Flanagan) were present. The Courts adopt all the deadlines in the parties' proposed FDCPA discovery plan (unless otherwise indicated on the record), and those deadlines includes: Time to amend the pleadings or add additional claims shall be completed by 12/5/2022; all discovery shall be completed by 3/6/2023. An in person status conference will take place on 1/9/2023 at 12:00 P.M. in Courtroom 324N before Magistrate Judge Bulsara. All parties must be present.
