ORDER IN FLSA CASE REQUIRING DISCOVERY, SETTING INITIAL PRETRIAL DISCOVERY SCHEDULE, AND REFERRAL TO MEDIATION: The following Order implements Rule 16's requirement for cases based on the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA").
