ORDER: The Court grants in part Plaintiff's motion for an extension. See ECF No. #12 . Plaintiff and Defendant SEIU Local 32BJ must conduct their discovery obligations in this litigation concurrently with the potential arbitration described in Plaintiff's motion unless either party moves to stay Plaintiff's claims against SEIU Local 32BJ according to the terms of their collective bargaining agreement.
