The Telephonic Initial Conference is rescheduled for 11/15/2022 at 12:30 PM before Magistrate Judge Vera M. Scanlon. The parties are to call 877-336-1829 and type in the access code 3581283 for the AT&T conference bridge. Counsel are reminded that they must comply with Court orders and that any extensions should be timely requested. Here, counsel failed to timely file the proposed case management plan and asked at the 11th hour for a postponement of a conference that had been posted on the docket on 9/2/22.
