ORDER. The Court's ruling on #10 is as follows: (1) defendant City's time to answer is extended until 12/26/2022, however, the Court does not sua sponte grant extensions of time to defendants who have not appeared and requested it; (2) based on defendant's counsel recent appearance,the Initial Status Conference is reset to 12/13/2022 at 4:00 pm, a date before the answer is due because this Court does not require a defendant's answer to hold the Initial Status Conference as the answer is generally not a useful document in planning the case; (3) plaintiff is directed to provide the 160.50 release and medical authorizations within five days; (4) to call into the conference, parties will use the toll-free number 888-684-8852 followed by access code 6427877#. When the conference begins parties will be prompted to input the security code 5395#; (5) parties are reminded to comply with the mandatory requirements for the conference at #6 .
