MINUTE ENTRY AND ORDER: A telephone initial conference was held on 10/13/2022 before Magistrate Judge Marcia M. Henry. Robert Sullivan appeared on behalf of Plaintiff. Samuel Quatromoni appeared on behalf of Defendant. The attached discovery plan is So Ordered except that the deadlines to joint new parties and amend pleadings (sections C.1 and C.2) is 12/16/2022. All fact discovery shall be completed by 02/13/2023 with a joint status report due 02/20/2023 certifying that fact discovery has closed; expert discovery shall be completed by 08/07/2023 with a joint status report due 08/14/2023 certifying that all discovery has closed. The last day to take the first step in dispositive motion practice is 09/15/2023. If no dispositive motion is filed, the parties shall file their joint pretrial order by 10/06/2023. See attached for all relevant deadlines.The parties shall file a joint status report (not to exceed three pages) regarding discovery progress and the status of any settlement discussions by 12/16/2022.
