November 1, 2022 Opinion or Order ORDER: The Court held the initial conference on November 1, 2022 in plaintiffs' diversity personal injury case which was removed from state court and set the following deadlines. The Court extends the time for the parties to file their demand for a jury trial to November 9, 2022. Any motion to join other parties or amend the pleadings shall be filed by December 2, 2022, Fed. R. Civ. P. 16(b)(3)(A). The parties shall complete all fact discovery by March 31, 2023. The parties shall file a joint status letter by December 19, 2022. The Court shall hold the initial conference in plaintiffs' case on November 1, 2022 at 10:30a.m. in Courtroom 11A South of the United States Courthouse, 225 Cadman Plaza East, Brooklyn, New York.
