ORDER: The Court held the initial conference in this removal diversity matter on December 8, 2022. The Court declines to adopt the parties' proposed discovery plan, ECF No. #10 , and instead sets the following deadlines: plaintiff shall produce medical authorizations to defendants by December 16, 2022. Any motion to amend the pleadings or join other parties shall be filed by January 10, 2023, Fed. R. Civ. P. 16(b)(3)(A). The parties shall complete all fact discovery by May 31, 2023. As discussed at the conference, the parties shall file a status letter by May 17, 2023 regarding what expert discovery is needed and how long it will take to complete. The parties shall make any premotion conference request in accordance with Judge Vitaliano's Individual Rules by June 12, 2023. The Court strongly encourages the parties to consider settlement.
