All fact discovery shall be completed by 06/09/2023 with a joint status report due 06/02/2023 certifying that fact discovery has closed; expert discovery shall be completed by 02/09/2024 with a joint status report due 02/02/2024 certifying that all discovery has closed. The last day to take the first step in dispositive motion practice is 03/09/2024. If no dispositive motion is filed, the parties shall file their joint pretrial order by 04/09/2024. See attached for all relevant deadlines.The parties are directed to file a joint status report by 02/16/2023 that is no more than three (3) pages reporting their progress with discovery and settlement negotiations.
