ORDER. Plaintiff's counsel filed a document at #6 entitled "Plaintiff's Response to Defendants' Notice of Removal" in which Plaintiff purports to "reject" the removal. If Plaintiff intends this to be a motion to remand, it fails to comply with the District Judge's Individual Rule III(A)(ii), which requires a pre-motion conference letter for such a motion. As this action has not been remanded, this Court will proceed with the 12/21/2022 conference. Counsel must be prepared to discuss whether discovery should proceed at this time.
