Parties have been unable to reach an agreement on a proposed protective order and have submitted for the Court's review competing protective orders [28, 29]. Parties have agreed to provide for an initial production of documents with the names of individuals redacted, unless that individual has previously self-identified his or her views on unionization. An unredacted set of documents shall be produced for attorneys' eyes only.
