ORDER REMANDING CASE: By #6 letter of 12/13/2022, defendants advised the Court that, because the sole member of defendant Century Waste Services LLC is a citizen of New York, complete diversity does not exist and this Court lacks jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. 1332. Accordingly, this action is remanded to the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Kings County. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to mail a certified copy of this order to the clerk of that court. Ordered by Judge Rachel P. Kovner on 12/14/22. (SDC)
