SCHEDULING ORDER: As discussed during the 9/13/2023 Initial Conference, the Court adopts the parties' proposed discovery schedule, with one modification, as follows: The parties will serve Rule 26 initial disclosures by 10/11/2023; serve initial document requests and interrogatories by 10/18/2023; complete any joinder or amendment of the pleadings by 12/15/2023; and complete fact discovery by 2/5/2024. If the parties conduct expert discovery, they will serve initial expert disclosures by 2/24/2024; serve initial expert reports by 2/24/2024; and serve rebuttal expert reports by 3/29/2024. The parties will complete all discovery, including expert depositions, by 5/17/2024, and file a joint letter confirming that discovery is complete by that same date.By 1/19/2024, the parties will file a joint status report, of no more than four pages, updating the Court on the status of discovery and identifying any outstanding discovery disputes.Ordered by Magistrate Judge Vera M.
