ORDER dated 5/17/22 that the Court is issuing this Order simply to confirm that the Court's injunction applies just as fully to cases plaintiff brings in other courts that are transferred or removed to this Court as to cases he commences originally in this Court. Having reviewed the complaint in this latest action, no further Order will issue on it. The Court certifies, pursuant to 28:1915(a)(3), that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith and, therefore, in forma pauperis status is denied for purpose of an appeal.
