ORDER DISMISSING CASE: Plaintiff did not respond to or comply with the Courts Order dated 1/31/23. This action is accordingly dismissed without prejudice, and the Clerk of Court is instructed to close this case. Ordered by Judge Rachel P. Kovner on 2/15/23. (NCM)

ORDER: Plaintiffs #2 application to proceed in forma pauperis is denied because it does not provide sufficient information to permit the Court to determine whether plaintiff is indigent. Plaintiffs application does not describe with specificity and list the approximate value of the property he owns. And while plaintiff represents that he has no income from any source whatsoever, plaintiff provides no explanation for how he is currently affording the expenses of daily life, such as the utilities and food that he lists as monthly expenses. Plaintiff shall file a revised IFP application addressing these issues and inconsistencies, or pay the $400.00 filing fee to the Clerk of Court, on or before 2/10/23. If plaintiff fails to comply with this Order by 2/10/23, or fails to show good cause for an extension of time to comply, the Court shall dismiss the case without prejudice. Ordered by Judge Rachel P.
