ORDER. As discussed at the 3/29/2023 Initial Conference, Rule 26(a)(1) initial disclosures are to be served by 4/13/2023, if not yet done. The parties will serve initial document requests and interrogatories by 4/13/2023. Any joinder and/or amendments of the pleadings must be made by 6/13/2023. The parties will complete fact discovery by 9/30/2023. If the parties perform expert discovery, they will serve initial disclosures by 9/30/2023; initial expert reports by 10/30/2023; and rebuttal expert reports by 12/30/2023. All expert discovery, including expert depositions, will be completed by 12/29/2023, and the parties will file a joint letter certifying the close of all discovery by this same date. On or before 1/30/2024, the parties will start any dispositive motion practice in accordance with the Individual Rules of the District Judge. If dispositive motion practice is not commenced, on or before 2/28/2024, the parties will file a joint Proposed Pretrial Order.Counsel for Plaintiff and Defendant Safeguard Properties Management, LLC are to resolve the participation of such Defendant in the case by 4/19/2023. Counsel for Defendant Safeguard Properties, LLC is to confirm the citizenship of such Defendant such that complete diversity exists via a letter to the Court by 4/19/2023.Ordered by Magistrate Judge Vera M.
