ORDER re #25 : Summons as to Defendant Global Pharma Healthcare Private Ltd. was issued by the Clerk of the Court on 07/28/2023. (ECF No. 25.) By 11/20/2023, Plaintiff shall file proof of service or show good cause for the failure to complete service of the summons and the Complaint. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(m). Further, Defendants' deadline to respond to the Amended Complaint #20 was extended to 21 days after Plaintiff files proof of service on Global Pharma Healthcare Private Ltd. because of the pending premotion conference letters. (See ECF No. 22 and 06/16/2023 Order.) As there are no pending premotion conference letters, Defendants Ezricare LLC and Delsam Pharma LLC shall answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint by 12/04/2023.
