ORDER: The Court shall hold the initial conference in this action on April 26, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 11A South of the United States Courthouse, 225 Cadman Plaza East, Brooklyn, New York. No planning conference pursuant to Rule 26(a) shall be required at this time. Parties are advised that they must contact each other before making any request for an adjournment to the Court. ORDER: Defendants request an extension of time to respond to plaintiff's complaint. ECF No. #11 . Defendants are advised that as a corporation, defendant Gilda's Restaurant Corporation must be represented by counsel in federal court. Defendants do not state whether they contacted plaintiff to request plaintiff's consent to an extension. However, as this is a first request for an extension which is generally granted as a courtesy, the request is granted in part. Defendants shall respond to plaintiffs complaint by April 10, 2023.
