ORDER. The Court has received #9 a request for a pre-motion conference from the "Judicial Defendants." As a matter of case management, the Court has decided to hold conferences in this action only after all defendants have been served. For that reason, the Judicial Defendants' request for a pre-motion conference is denied without prejudice to renew. If the Judicial Defendants elect to file a renewed pre-motion conference request after all defendants have been served, the Court shall consider the request timely. Indeed, because the Judicial Defendants have not been served with a summons, the Judicial Defendants' period to file an answer to Plaintiff's complaint appears to have not yet begun to run. Fed. R. TRANSFER ORDER: The Clerk of Court is directed to transfer this action to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Whether Plaintiff is entitled to preliminary injunctive relief is a determination to be made by the transferee court. A summons shall not issue from this Court. This order closes this case. The Court certifies, under 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3), that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith, and therefore informa pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal.
