July 28, 2023 Opinion or Order Minute Entry for proceedings held before Magistrate Judge Sanket J. Bulsara: A telephonic-initial conference was held on 7/28/2023. Plaintiff's counsel (Jordan Alexander El-Hag) and Defendant's counsel (Justin Anthony Guilfoyle) were present. The Court declines to adopt the proposed Rule 26(f) report deadlines. As indicated on the record the deadlines are as follows: Time to amend the pleadings or add additional claims shall be completed by 9/30/2023; all discovery shall be completed by 12/31/2023.
