May 10, 2023 Opinion or Order ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: Plaintiff is directed to show cause, no later than May 24, 2023, why her Complaint alleging that Defendant engaged in a "violation of privacy, intellectual property theft [and] stalking and hacking" should not be dismissed for failure to state a claim pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. See Fitzgerald v. First East Seventh Street Tenants Corp., 221 F.3d 362, 364 (2d Cir. 2000) ("[W]e hold that district courts may dismiss a frivolous complaint sua sponte even when the plaintiff has paid the required filing fee"). Failure to respond to this order to show cause may result in dismissal for failure to prosecute. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to mail a copy of this order to pro se Plaintiff.
