ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE. The conclusory allegations in the complaint are inadequate to demonstrate any injury sufficient to confer standing. However, rather than remanding the case, the Court will hold an evidentiary hearing at which plaintiff will testify in response to questions from his counsel, defendants, or the Court as to what concrete injuries, if any, plaintiff actually suffered.
