ORDER denying #5 Motion for Pre Motion Conference; finding as moot #6 Motion for Pre Motion Conference -- Plaintiff has filed a pre-motion letter #6 in anticipation of a motion to remand to state court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1447(c), despite not being required to file a pre-motion letter for such motion. Accordingly, the Court deems Plaintiff's request for a pre-motion conference to be moot.Plaintiff's motion to remand to state court shall be briefed as follows: motion due by June 16, 2023; Defendant's response due by July 7; Plaintiff's reply, if any, due by July 14. Defendant's motion for a pre-motion conference #5 on an anticipated motion to dismiss is denied without prejudice to renew after resolution of the motion to remand. Ordered by Judge Eric R.
