Accordingly, the Court deems Plaintiff's request for a pre-motion conference to be moot.Plaintiff's motion to remand to state court shall be briefed as follows: motion due by June 16, 2023; Defendant's response due by July 7; Plaintiff's reply, if any, due by July 14.
