Arqit Quantum Inc. et al, 22-cv-2604, and the Court so-ordered the Parties' stipulation to consolidate both actions under Rule 42(a). (See Glick at Dkt. 30 and Weeks at Dkt. 12.) Therefore, because Glick is the first filed case, and for purposes of judicial efficiency, Weeks is reassigned to the Honorable Magistrate Judge Marcia M.
