ORDER: The Court declines at this time to schedule a global settlement conference related to the six foreclosure actions that Plaintiff has filed in this District against Defendant Ziv Bukobza and other defendants. See ECF No. #9 . However, pursuant to Local Civil Rule 1.6, it is the duty of each attorney in any civil action to bring to the Court's attention any related cases. According to the District's rules for division of business, "[a] civil case is related to another civil case... when, because of the similarity of facts and legal issues or because the cases arise from the same transactions or events, a substantial saving of judicial resources is likely to result from assigning both cases to the same district and magistrate judge."Plaintiff shall file a letter on or before June 20, 2023, explaining why the following cases commenced by Plaintiff do not qualify as related to this case: (i) Blue Castle (Cayman) Ltd. v. 553 Gates LLC, et al., No. 1:23-cv-02334-ENV-TAM; (ii) Blue Castle (Cayman) Ltd. v. 16 Pilling LLC, et al., No. 1:23-cv-02335-RPK-SJB; (iii) Blue Castle (Cayman) Ltd. v. 226 Marcus Garvey LLC, et al., No. 1:23-cv-02339-NGG-PK; (iv) Blue Castle (Cayman) Ltd. v. 215 Realty Holdings LLC, et al., No. 1:23-cv-02341-FB-PK; and (v) Blue Castle (Cayman) Ltd. v. 1895A Pacific LLC, et al., No. 1:23-cv-02437-EK-VMS.
