ORDER DISMISSING CASE: On 6/6/2023, the Court ordered plaintiff to show cause by 6/27/2023 why this action should not be dismissed as frivolous and stated that "[i]f plaintiff fails to respond within the time allowed, the action[] shall be dismissed." 6/6/2023 Order to Show Cause (Dkt. #6). Filing 6 ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: For the reasons stated in the attached document, plaintiff shall show cause in writing by June 27, 2023, why the complaints in Nos. 23-CV-3247, 23-CV-3615, and 23-CV-3847 should not be dismissed as frivolous. See Nwoye v. Obama, No. 22-CV-1253, 2023 WL 382950, at *1 (2d Cir. Jan. 25, 2023). If plaintiff fails to respond within the time allowed, the actions shall be dismissed and the Clerk of Court shall enter judgment and close these cases. Plaintiff is advised that the Eastern District of New Yorks Pro Se Office offers a free legal service that provides legal counseling. The project is run by the City Bar Justice Center of the New York City Bar Association. Plaintiff may wish to contact the Pro Se Office at (718) 613-2665 or by visiting https://www.nyed.uscourts.gov/pro-se-office. Although plaintiff paid the filing fee to commence this action, the Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) that any appeal of this Order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal. See Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 44445 (1962). The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to mail a copy of this Order to Show Cause to plaintiff and note the mailing on the docket.
