ORDER: Plaintiff asserts diversity jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. 1332(a). (Complaint, ECF No. #1 , 12-15). The Complaint alleges that Plaintiffs Elisheva Blesofsky (as mother and natural guardian of S.Z.B., an infant), Elisheva Blesofsky personally, and Hillel Blesofsky (father and natural guardian of S.Z.B., an infant) "are citizens of the United Kingdom." (Complaint, ECF No. #1 , 5.) The Complaint also alleges that "Defendant, Yisroel A. Natik, is a resident of the State of New York," "Defendants, Congregation Ohr Menachem (D/B/A Yeshivas Tomchei Tmimim Poconos), and Ohr Menachem, Inc., are domestic corporations duly incorporated and with their principal place of business in the State of New York, with an address at 1729 President Street, Brooklyn, NY 11213, and operate a religious school located at 180 Glenmere Rd. Canadensis, PA, 18325," and "Defendant Yeshiva Gedola Lubabvitch Forest Hills is a domestic corporation duly incorporated and with its principal place of business in the State of New York, with an address at 92-15 69th Ave, Queens, NY 11375. " (Complaint, ECF No. #1 , 8-10). In diversity cases, the newly-revised Fed. R. Civ. P. 7.1 requires parties or intervenors to file a disclosure statement "(A) when the action is filed in or removed to federal court, and (B) when any later event occurs that could affect the court's jurisdiction under 1332(a)." See Fed. R. Civ. P. 7.1; see also United States Courts, Current Rules of Practice & Procedure, https://www.uscourts.gov/rules-policies/current-rules-practice-procedure. Under 28 U.S.C. 1332(c), "a corporation shall be deemed to be a citizen of every State and foreign state by which it has been incorporated and of the State or foreign state where it has its principal place of business...." Plaintiff is respectfully directed to file a disclosure statement, naming and identifying the citizenship of every Defendant, by 5/30/2023. Per Fed. R. Civ. P. 7.1, "[t]he [disclosure] statement must name -- and identify the citizenship of -- every individual or entity whose citizenship is attributed to that party or intervenor[.]" Ordered by Magistrate Judge Taryn A.
