MINUTE ENTRY for proceedings held before Magistrate Judge Marcia M. Henry: A telephonic status conference was held in this case on 05/26/2023. Michael Reeves, pro se Plaintiff, was present. Andrew Lupin appeared for Defendants.As stated on the record, the basis for pro se Plaintiff's request for a temporary restraining order has been resolved because NYCHA approved Plaintiff's application for benefits. The parties continue to contest the issues raised in the underlying complaint. Defendants reported that they are considering a motion for partial dismissal of the complaint. Any such motion shall be filed pursuant to Judge Morrison's individual rules. Pro se Plaintiff consented to receive electronic notifications for this case. TRANSFER ORDER: The Clerk of Court is directed to transfer this action to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
