The Court's 05/24/2023 Order directed Plaintiff's counsel to file a notice of change of address on ECF by 05/30/2023 and to ensure their contact information with the Court remains current, including emails for ECF notifications. To date, Plaintiff's counsel has not filed any notices with the Court; as a result, Plaintiff's counsel has no email address on the docket to receive Court orders, including this one, or other notifications about the case. Accordingly, attorney Pintauro shall file a notice of appearance using the appropriate ECF docketing option by 06/07/2023. Counsel for Defendants shall serve a copy of this Order to Plaintiff's counsel forthwith; email service is sufficient to comply with this Order. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Marcia M.
