Filing 11 ORDER: Corporation Counsel for the City of New York ("Corporation Counsel") requests a nunc pro tunc 60-day extension to respond to pro se plaintiff's complaint on behalf of defendant The City of New York ("City") and a sua sponte extension of time for individual defendants to respond, as Corporation Counsel does not yet represent the individual defendants. ECF No. #10 . Corporation Counsel did not obtain plaintiff's consent prior to requesting the adjournment. In the future, counsel must attempt to contact the other party before making the request to the Court. However, as this is Corporation Counsel's first request, the request is granted. Filing 5 ORDER: The Honorable Ann M. Donnelly assigned this case to me for all pretrial purposes. Enclosed is a copy of the "Individual Practices of Magistrate Judge Bloom." Plaintiff and defendants, alike, are required to follow these rules.
