ORDER: Plaintiffs filed proof of service of process on defendants Tristate Psychological Injury Services, P.C. and Scott Llyod on June 14, 2023. ECF Nos. #9 - #11 . Accordingly, defendants' answers were due on June 26 and June 28, respectively. To date, defendants have not responded to plaintiffs' complaint. Accordingly, plaintiffs shall take appropriate action by August 8, 2023, or I shall recommend that this case should be dismissed for failure to prosecute pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b). Plaintiffs shall also file proof of proper service on defendant Gary Grody by August 31, 2023. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(m). If service is not made on defendant Grody by August 31, 2023, and plaintiff fails to show good cause why, I shall recommend that the action against this defendant should be dismissed.
