July 20, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 6 ORDER: The Court held the initial conference in this pro se case that was removed from Kings County Supreme Court on July 19, 2023 in Courtroom 11A South. Although defendant's counsel promptly appeared, plaintiff failed to appear. When the Court reached plaintiff by telephone at a number defendant's counsel provided, plaintiff stated that he did not receive notice of today's conference. The Court therefore rescheduled the initial conference in this matter and shall hold the conference on August 2, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. in Courtroom 11A South of the United States Courthouse, 225 Cadman Plaza East, Brooklyn, New York. Plaintiff is hereby warned that if he fails to promptly appear at the August 2, 2023 conference or fails to appear at any future Court-ordered conference in this matter, I shall recommend that this case should be dismissed pursuant to Rules 16(f) and 37(b)(2)(A)(v) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
