August 31, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 9 SCHEDULING ORDER: Plaintiff's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is GRANTED. Defendant shall proceed promptly to obtain the administrative record of the proceedings below, and shall file the record or otherwise move against the complaint by the date set forth below, unless an extension is granted by order of the Court for good cause. Defendant shall file the administrative record, which will constitute Defendant's answer, or otherwise move against the complaint by November 29, 2023. Plaintiff shall serve Defendant with Plaintiff's motion for judgment on the pleadings by January 29, 2024. Defendant shall serve Plaintiff with Defendant's response to Plaintiff's motion, which must contain a full recitation of the relevant facts and underlying administrative proceedings, by March 29, 2024. Plaintiff shall serve Defendant with Plaintiff's reply, if any, by April 19, 2024. As a courtesy, the Court requests that parties refrain from filing motion papers until the motion is fully briefed. If parties elect to file their motion papers only after the motion is fully briefed, the notice of motion and all supporting papers must be served on all other parties to the action in accordance with the Court's approved briefing schedule.
