ORDER: The Court held the initial conference in this removal diversity matter on September 7, 2023 and set the following deadlines. Defendants shall respond to the amended complaint by September 29, 2023. Any motion to further amend the pleadings or join new parties shall be filed by October 13, 2023. Fed R. Civ. P. 16(b)(3)(A). The parties shall complete all discovery by January 25, 2024. The parties shall file a joint status letter by January 15, 2024 regarding whether expert discovery will be required in this matter and, if so, proposing a deadline for its completion.
