ORDER denying #4 Motion for Leave to Appear Pro Hac Vice without prejudice to renew. A record search indicates that, despite his submission of a certificate of good standing dated August 18, 2023, attorney Hassan Kouyate is ineligible to practice due to unpaid license fees. Mr. Kouyate may resubmit his motion when he has resolved any issues related to his eligibility to practice.
