ORDER: Plaintiff's request for a premotion conference, ECF No. 7, is denied without prejudice. Plaintiff shall serve defendants Michelle Williams and Shundell Williams, who reside in Canada, with the summons, complaint, and a copy of this Order via registered mail with tracking. See 28 U.S.C. 1655; Water Splash, Inc. v. Menon, 581 U.S. 271, 283 n.7 (2017) (noting that Canada "does not object to service by postal channels" under the Hague convention). Defendants shall respond to plaintiff's interpleader complaint, ECF No. #1 , within 21 days of service. Plaintiff's requests to deposit funds with the Court and to move for an order discharging it from liability are denied without prejudice. Plaintiff may refile its applications after it files proof of service on defendants and defendants respond to the complaint or their time to do so elapses. See attached Order.
