ECF No. #1 . On September 27, 2023, the action was transferred to this Court. ECF No. #2 . Plaintiff paid the filing fee and a summons was issued by the Southern District. See ECF Order dated September 21, 2023.Plaintiff shall have 90 days from September 21, 2023 to serve defendant and file proof of proper service with the Court. Accordingly, if proper service is not made upon defendant by December 20, 2023, or if plaintiff fails to show good cause why such service has not been effected by that date, I shall recommend that the Court should dismiss this action without prejudice. See attached Order. Ordered by Magistrate Judge Lois Bloom on 10/4/2023. (VP)
