ORDER: In light of the referral to arbitration (Dkt 7), the Court is prepared to dispense with a scheduling conference, unless counsel for either or both sides request one. Counsel are directed to confer and to jointly complete and file, by December 15, 2023, the enclosed Discovery Plan and Scheduling Order, and to propose discovery deadlines pursuant to which all discovery must be completed by February 15, 2024.
