ORDER re #15 : Plaintiffs served Defendants MetaMed Sports & Supply Inc. and Mikhail Baybekov on 10/25/2023, and Defendants' answers were due 11/15/2023. (ECF Nos. 11, 12.) Defendants did not file an answer by the deadline nor request an extension of time. On 12/01/2023, Defendants belatedly appeared in this action and filed an answer. (ECF No. 15.) Accordingly, Defendants shall file a letter motion (not to exceed three pages) by 12/21/2023 that explains why, under the standards set forth in Enron Oil Corp. v.
