ORDER: Plaintiff shall serve the Complaint and Summons on the defendants and properly send a letter to the Court stating that service is complete. If service is not made upon the defendants by February 19, 2024, or plaintiff fails to show good cause why such service has not been effectuated, it will be recommended that the Court dismiss this action without prejudice.
