ORDER: This case has been assigned to Magistrate Judge James R. Cho after being transferred to this District by the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.By 12/6/2023, the parties shall file a joint letter describing the current procedural status of the case. Since the order transferring this case states that defendants intended to dispute the proper venue or appropriate forum for certain of the cases that had previously been consolidated by the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation, defendants' portion of the joint letter shall explain whether defendants intend to move to dismiss or transfer this case on any ground.
