Cho after being transferred to this District by the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.By 12/6/2023, the parties shall file a joint letter describing the current procedural status of the case. The parties shall also describe whether they intend to raise any discovery disputes and shall describe any dispositive motions that any party intends to file. Finally, if all parties consent to conducting all further proceedings in this case, including motions and trial with or without a jury, before the undersigned magistrate judge, or another randomly-assigned magistrate judge, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 636(c), they shall execute and file the District's consent form. See Dkt. 8. Any party is free to withhold consent without adverse substantive consequences, and if the parties do not unanimously consent to the assigned Magistrate Judge's jurisdiction, the parties shall not identify which party or parties did or did not so consent.
