ORDER denying #11 Motion for Pre Motion Conference. This Court is disinclined to entertain a motion for partial dismissal at this juncture unless it would substantially impact the scope and depth of discovery. Judge Marutollo is respectfully requested to inquire of the parties whether that is the case, and if he determines that it is, he is free to set a briefing schedule for this Court to hear and determine the motion, or to give plaintiff time to file an amended pleading to address the perceived deficiencies.
