As an initial matter, with respect to the request for leave to move for admission pro hac vice, a premotion conference is not necessary. The pertinent party shall file the motion consistent with the Court's Local Rule 1.3(c), which motion is automatically referred to the magistrate judge assigned to this case. See, Judge Irizarry's Individual Rules and Practices Section III.(A)(5).As to the proposed motion to transfer venue of this case to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York ("SDNY") so that it may be consolidated with the related case filed there sub nom Frattarola et al., v. ProsegurSecurity USA Inc., Case Docket No. 7:23-cv-00137 (CS), no premotion conference is necessary. The premotion conference request is deemed the motion to transfer venue. Plaintiff hereby is ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE BY NO LATER THAN FEBRUARY 2, 2024 in a letter of no more than five pages why this case should not be transferred to the SDNY.
