Mr. Brik's motion for a stay is denied, and the Court remands the action to Richmond County Family Court action under Index Numbers 01268/20/20A and 01269/20/20A to the Richmond County Family Court, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1447(c). The Clerk of Court is directed to send a certified copy of this Order immediately to the Clerk of the Richmond County Family Court and to note service on the docket; to mail a copy of this Order to Mr. Brik, and to close this case.Mr. Brik is reminded that a court can impose restrictions on future access to the judicial system if a litigant has a history of filing vexatious, harassing or duplicative lawsuits. Hong Mai Sa v. Doe, 406 F.3d 155, 158 (2d Cir. 2005) (internal quotation marks omitted).
