Minute Entry for proceedings held before Magistrate Judge Joseph A. Marutollo: An initial conference was held on the record on February 21, 2024. Counsel appeared. As discussed at the conference, in light of the Amended Complaint, and on consent of Plaintiff, the Clerk of the Court is directed to terminate Trane Technologies Company LLC from this action. Defendant's counsel shall file a notice of appearance on behalf of Trane U.S. Inc. by February 22, 2024. The parties' proposed Discovery Plan and Scheduling Order was discussed. Following that discussion, the Court sets the below deadlines. The date for completion of automatic disclosures required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(1) shall be March 6, 2024. No amendment of the pleadings will be permitted after March 13, 2024. No additional parties may be joined after March 13, 2024. Fact discovery shall be completed by September 20, 2024. Plaintiff shall make required Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(2) disclosures, if any, by July 9, 2024. Defendant shall make required Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(2) disclosures, if any, by August 23, 2024. All discovery, including expert discovery, shall be completed by November 22, 2024. |
